In his new role Andy will be responsible for sales of the full range of Cartwright products.
With 30 years in the industry Andy brings a wealth of experience to the role. He has worked for a number of well-known companies in the sector, from trailer manufacturers to rental companies and truck dealerships.
Andy commented: "Cartwright is a key player within the industry and its name is well-known. As the company has expanded its product offering - from manufacturing to sales, used sales and rentals - there are increasing business opportunities for the company."
He added: "Sales at Cartwright are strong but I am looking forward to further improving them by renewing relationships with former contacts and of course forging links with new contacts."
Andy's appointment to Cartwright comes at a time when the industry is becoming more buoyant with increasing confidence among businesses. He said the introduction of the Euro 6 regulations, which come into force next year, was another factor in rising demand as businesses were investing in new trucks and trailers in order to maintain their environmental responsibilities.
