Barry Kirkland appointed new Redirack Group Sales and Marketing Director

Barry Kirkland has been appointed the new Redirack Group sales and marketing Director, it was announced today (Monday 7th March 2011) by Managing Director Andrew Forsythe.


A highly successful sales director with companies operating in the capital projects arena, Barry's appointment to this pivotal role signals the Group's ambition to accelerate its development and grow its market share.


Andrew said: "Barry's appointment represents a coup for Redirack".


"To attract a sales and marketing Director of such skill and experience to head the Redirack Group's sales team is testament to the Group's reputation and heralds an exciting new phase."

Barry has 20 years experience in the specialist construction products sector. Most recently a sales director for a specialist roofing products manufacturer, Barry, 38, implemented sales and marketing strategies that significantly increased sales turnover.


Barry began his career as a territory salesman for a building products distributor operating in the Scottish market. He rose quickly through the ranks to become sales director by the age of 28. An ex-rugby player Barry now expends his energies participating in sponsored route marches and canoe marathons in support of "Help for Heroes".
