11 Years of Business Success and £13,450 for Charity

Pall-Ex celebrated its eleventh anniversary by donating a cheque for £13,450 to The Princess Royal Trust for Carers. Remarkable sector-leading growth has been achieved by Pall-Ex since it was first established in 1996 by founder and CEO Hilary Devey. Since then, Pall-Ex has consistently set the pace for innovation and quality of service in distribution. Hilary Devey said: "I greatly enjoy the opportunity to celebrate and reflect on business success. As we continue in the next years to pursue new initiatives and involve ourselves in new markets, Pall-Ex will continue to embrace the spirit which created the business. I am immensely proud of what we have achieved and thank everyone for their part in it. We are particularly pleased to be able to give something back." Earlier in the year, Hilary was named a patron for The Princess Royal Trust for Carers.

Pall-Ex began with a modest throughput of just 117 pallets on its first night. Since then the company has gone from strength to strength, with a consistent double-digit growth in turnover year on year. Pall-Ex recently handled their 12 millionth pallet, and volumes continue to grow.

Pall-Ex was established in 1996 by Hilary Devey to deliver small consignments of palletised freight cost-effectively throughout the UK. In less than ten years, the company has become the No.1 operator of a palletised "hub and spoke" freight network, with over 100 depot locations
