Euroway takes the pledge with new customer deal

Leading office seating supplier Pledge Office Chairs Ltd has recently completed a major update to its UK transport fleet by replacing two thirds of its existing vehicle fleet with new trucks and vans supplied for the first time by contract hire company Euroway.
As part of the multi vehicle deal, Euroway has supplied 7.5t and 14t Mercedes Atego rigids on five-year contract hire deals together with high top and Luton bodied Mercedes Sprinter vans on three-year contracts.
According to Steve Russell, sales and marketing director at Pledge, "By moving to contract hire with Euroway for the fleet, this gives us more flexibility for our nationwide distribution requirements, as well as giving us the opportunity to update the overall fleet image, by significantly reducing the average age of our vehicles."
As part of the deal with Euroway, Pledge has also introduced a new livery across its vehicle fleet, which is involved in the delivery of the company's extensive office seating product range to customers all over the UK. All the vehicles are covered by Euroway's popular FleetSure fleet maintenance programme.
"This contract with Pledge shows the full versatility of the services offered by Euroway, as we were able to meet their demands for certain van and rigid truck specifications, supplying them with vehicles that fully met with their operational requirements," said Mark Howell, sales and marketing director at Euroway.
